The first step in creating your conservatory is finding out whether you need planning permission. No need for you to worry about filling out complicated council forms we will organise all that for you. Once that is organised all you need to do is sit back and wait for us to get consent. When deciding on a conservatory there are 3 key points you need to decide on;

What will you use the extra space for? A dining room ,Office, play room, sitting room or just for entertaining guests.

How big do you want it? This obviously depends on the space available, the purpose of the building and budget available. We very often hear people say “ I wish we made it a bit bigger” so please remember this when making your decision.

Position ? On some properties you may not have this choice but if you do you need to decide if you want it facing South or South West so you can enjoy the sun most of the day or North North East where it will be cooler.
